Danny, I lost my husband of 39 years in April of 2007. This new song of yours " I will not say goodbye" took the words right out of my heart. When it comes to losing our soulmates age is just a number. Nobody can truly understand the feelings unless they've been where people like you & I & so many other's have.
As for you, I knew from the first song you did on American Idol that you would be going to big places. And I'm so glad you are now singing my favorite genre of pop country. But I would enjoy listening to you no matter what you were singing. And even if another love comes along for me, I will never say goodbye to my Jerry as you won't to your Sophie. I'll only say "God speed & I'll see you soon Babe!" <3

I am 49 years old and I live in Cincinnati Ohio. I have been struggling with my faith for years now and I am so lost. I know it sounds silly coming from a 49 year old male but your life and your music do inspire me to try harder and make a difference in my family’s life. I hope you know your talent is a blessing from our god, please enjoy the ride.
